Some news
We had to go to town the other day and when we got home there was new for us in the school office from our assistant principal at the school. She told us that the school crossing guard blocked the streets so the school could let out at 4 o'clock. The first car in front of them turned out to be the head of the education department here in our province. He called one of the crossing guards over to the vehicle and asked them to go get the principal which would have been myself if I were home. So the assistant came out wondering who was in the car and what someone in traffic would want from us.
Turned out it was just a moment for him to give us some praise. He told our assistant how impressed he was with us and that he would be giving us forms for our students to join the red cross and a form of boy scouts, basically high school clubs that get to help do good deeds when the government ministries come though the area to give out aid. He said he knows we are Christian and he is proud to have our school in his province because we are making him look good.
He said he wants us to do more and wants to try and bring attention to our school.
The cool thing is he recognizes were a Christian school and the positive impact we are having.
Amen!

A New Child, Plus New and Old Pictures of all the kids
Alright the news that we had is we have accepted a new child.
A beautiful young girl named Naiput Chen. She has just turned 10 years old and is in 5th grade.
She is also already Christian.
Her home has recently become unsafe for her, so we will be housing her until things at home change.
I don't know yet until I hear back from our office in the States, but there's a chance we'll be asking for sponsors. So stay tuned.
So welcome Naiput
Some new photos of all the kids.
I will post them from the most recent arrivals back to the children who have been with us a long time.
When I can I will include a family photo, as many of you don't know certain children are related.
