Some Recent Activities

Our Province police, public affairs group came asking to demonstrate how to cross the street safely.
It was just for show really, a dozen traffic police with cameras and new clean uniforms and attractive young police ladies.   It was fun making friends and to know that we'd been the choice for their program.  They got to tour the school and they were extremely happy in seeing the extra class that teaches kids how to read and write.

We made an effort to get some of the ladies back in the future to talk to our girls about being a female police officer and give them an idea that they to could take on roles other than house wife and factory worker.

Sam and Joe were happy.  Joe's making his sly dog/hubba hubba face.

It's pretty much how we do things daily accept the for the 4 models walking little school girls across individually for the camera.  I wouldn't be surprised if I find a poster somewhere on a wall later.

It drew a lot of attention.  If there was anyone who didn't know there was a school here they do now that's for sure.  I did like the fact that we're building relationships.

Our newest "Hog"
Tommy a missionary who's been working in our area for the past year had to leave quite ill.  I think it was a bad ulcer but have not confirmed that yet.   Anyways helping him with funds got us a 2nd motorcycle.  I'm sure Tommy's got a lot of recovery a head of him if you could keep him in prayer next couple months.

There's always a group of parents hanging out watching the younger classes.

At our second campus our electrician waiting to pick up his some from Kindergarten watches grade 9 play soccer during sports class.

One of my favorite photos.

Please keep in mind when praying to support a child that this should be a long term commitment.
Are there forseeable factors that would change your commitment to this child?

It's quite difficult for a child who's lost their parents to also lose a sponsors.
So please spend some time in prayer first.

Thank you all,

Kit
